I make contemporary jewellery working with silver, gold and semi precious stone. All pieces are hand make using traditional silversmithing skill.
About
Hilda completed four years studying silversmithing and jewellery making, learning traditional skills including piercing, hammering, raising, forging, reticulation, fusing and etching.
Hilda’s fascination for working and experimenting with precious metals results in giving her the inspiration for new designs. Her work is wearable, often sculptural and geometric.
Hilda has a studio at ‘ Coburg House’ in Edinburgh and is an official registered Fairmined licensee supporting artisanal miners from responsible mining communities.
